Located at the edge of Ragusa ibla, le note was quieter than expected. Every dish we had was delicious and the service was friendly and professional. The pork shank was tender and had a great sauce as well as potatoes. We also got the busiate with octopus which was full of flavour (although I wish there were more of the octopus pieces, and that were slightly bigger for a different mouth feel and texture). ❤️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Stormy weather on my birthday - a real washout - but my most memorable birthday of my 61 years! We were taken in off the street from the pouring rain & lightning all around - during closed hours (siesta). Greeted like family and then served the best ravioli in Ragusa. This restaurant is a must! The food and the hospitality are out of this world! I wish I could return - but the US is a bit far away.
