Camiolo - pizza & ciccia — Restaurant in Ragusa

So, the place was kinda nice. We tried two things... chilli cheese balls for entre, wich was not bad( practicly the only good thing). I also ordered a drink wich they also managed to fail to bring right twice... and last and the least is the "pizza" in the pan... noone tells you on the menu its only 20cm max... so not for sharring... and the whole thing was more of a starter than a meal. It was like a bun with topings. No cheese, no souce. Its dry. If there were any indications before hand, i really would have not ordered that.

Last on the rewiev is staff and billing... so the staff was friendly and always smilling, but maybe cuz we are foreigners, we got the least attention. The tables around us that came later were allready finishing their meals while we just got our starters... so in total we had to wait in 1h before we got our pan baked thing... which is not reasonable when we came as the second table that day... and we got served last... the billing... i would not have tipped them at all, but appearently they have that covered... its one of those restaurants where they add the servise on the bill... and for us it was 5€ per person... even tho we just eat two starter and a drink... wich were total for 32€... so 10€tip is not okey for...

We waited for at least half an hour just to order and then for around 50 minutes to get what we ordered. There were way too little waitresses for the amount of tables (and take away). Both pizzas were cold and when we complained they informed us that the one was supposed to be (not mentioned on the menu-they just threw many cold slices of turkey, some cold tomato and two whole cloves of black garlic), although the base was cold as well, which is surely not how it's meant to be . Also it was extremely difficult to cut and chew. Finally, it was expensive for what they offer, 40€ for two cold pizzas and two beers. A really bad...

"La nostra cena in questo locale è stata una vera delusione, a partire dall'antipasto. Abbiamo ordinato un misto che prometteva specialità ma ci è arrivato un piatto con affettati di qualità mediocre, formaggi inesistenti e qualche anonima patatina,niente che stuzzicasse davvero l'appetito. Poi è arrivata la pizza, che doveva essere il pezzo forte. L'impasto era duro e difficile da tagliare Una pizza che non aveva nulla a che vedere con la pizza che di solito ho mangiato in questo locale, da dire anche che avevo chiesto una pizza da cui togliere un condimento e aggiungerne un altro ma non è stato possibile. Sembra che ciò creava problemi al pizzaiolo. Alla fine ho dovuto prendere una pizza accomodata da loro, che ho anche dovuto rimandare indietro perché a tutto ciò sbagliata. Il servizio non ha certo migliorato la situazione. camerieri distratti che hanno sbagliato l'ordinazione delle bevande e nessuna scusa. Considerando la qualità degli ingredienti e la preparazione approssimativa sia dell'antipasto che della pizza, il prezzo ci è sembrato decisamente eccessivo. Pagare così tanto per un cibo così mediocre lascia davvero l'amaro in bocca. L'ambiente del locale non ha contribuito Un'atmosfera fredda e impersonale che non invitava certo a rimanere. Eravamo seduti fuori con una fredda serata e i due funghi a disposizione non erano funzionanti. In sintesi, se cercate un buon antipasto e una pizza degna di questo nome, questo locale non fa per voi. Qualità del cibo scadente, servizio inefficiente, prezzi alti e un ambiente poco piacevole.
