I recently visited That's a Moro restaurant and unfortunately had a negative experience. I ordered the pizza bolognese, but was brought a different pizza that looked somewhat similar. Without realizing the mistake, I proceeded to eat the pizza, only to discover that it was not to my liking.

When I brought this to the attention of the staff, they only offered a simple apology and did not compensate for their mistake. I was disappointed with their lack of effort to make things right, such as offering a complimentary dessert or not charging for the incorrect pizza.

Overall, my experience at That's a Moro was unsatisfactory. Their customer service was lacking, and the mistake with my order was not adequately addressed. I would caution others against dining at this establishment, as it seems they do not prioritize the satisfaction of...

We were lucky to get a table without reservation for a Sunday lunch, just before the place got absolutely full. Sitting inside was a unique experience, having the chance to observe the busy kitchen staff preparing meal after meal and the waiters unstoppably serving the guests. After the meals were served to us, we understood why this place gets so busy: the meals prepared here are truly delicious, with rich flavour, uniquely seasoned and with plenty of ricotta. We also liked that all the ingredients are sourced locally. The staff was nice, welcoming and they always had a nice smile on their face. The food was a great value for money and we also loved the unique local atmosphere. Very satisfying experience, highly recommend you visit this restaurant if you are...

I am vacation in Sicily (Sept 2023) and have lots of good Italian food including several pizzas. I read the good reviews on Google about this restaurant and Trip Advisor agreed.... especially about the pizza. Wow! There pizza is best I have ever had. The crust was perfect and not burnt at all. The salad with tomatoes was almost like a desert with so many fresh, sweet tomatoes. We almost went into the wrong restaurant as there is another restaurant immediately beside of it. We ate inside since we didn't have reservations. So my advice is to make outside reservations if your are here during this time of year when the evening temperatures are cool at this elevation. Oh did I mention the service...
