Caffè Pasticceria Palumbo — Restaurant in Ravenna

Io e il mio ragazzo siamo stati praticamente obbligati a sederci fuori, la ragazza al banco (scocciatissima) ci ha detto che sarebbero passati loro a prendere l'ordinazione. Cerchiamo un tavolo, ma ci viene chiesto di spostarci mentre ancora ci stiamo sedendo. Va bene. Ci spostiamo, e aspettiamo per non so quanto che qualcuno ci calcoli. Nel frattempo le cameriere hanno fatto avanti e indietro molte volte, ma da noi non è passato nessuno. La goccia che ha fatto traboccare il vaso è stata la prontezza della cameriera ad avventarsi a prendere l'ordinazione di una famigliola appena arrivata, sedutasi nel tavolo di fronte al nostro da pochi secondi, mentre noi abbiamo aspettato un quarto d'ora per niente. Seccati abbiamo fatto presente il fatto e detto che ce ne stavamo andando, a nessuno è fregato niente. Chiara incompetenza e occhio di riguardo per una determinata clientela piuttosto che un altra, senza contare la scortesia del personale. Ricordatevi che anche se avete una giornata no o non vi piace il vostro lavoro, i clienti non c'entrano. Non ci tornerò mai più. Siete fortunati che campate coi turisti...

Place is kind of dirty. Service wasn’t attentive at all. One of the coffee came with a dirty spoon and when we pointed it out they simply shrugged shoulders. They replaced while saying that “it can happen”. We also ordered a tea and they provided such a low amount of tea leaves for the teapot that I had to use one I was carrying...
