The food was good but it took 45 minutes to get the staff to acknowledge my existence. They set tables around me, took orders for people who arrived after me, and didn’t acknowledge my attempts to get their attention. It was if I were invisible. They get one star because of the young woman who finally assisted me. But I do not recommend, especially not to women of color dining alone.

The owner says I sat at the table without a reservation; however, I was directed to the tables outside by staff when I entered the restaurant and asked for a table for dinner. I am sorry that I offended with my recommendation that women of color dining alone avoid this restaurant. I recently visited the Chalet dei Giardini Pubblici in Ravenna and enjoyed a delightful espresso in their charming and inviting atmosphere. Questo Locale fa la differenza a Ravenna, devi prenotare, perche è sempre pieno il venerdì, perche c'e il Karaoke con Enry The Voice. Partiamo con il dire che ho telefonato alle 18:30 e chiesto l'impossibile, un tavolo per 2 per le 20:30. La titolare mi ha detto che stavano preparando la sala e di rihciamarla, tempo 5 minuti mi richiama Lei e mi da conferma di avermi trovato un posticino. Magnifico!! Arrivati al Locale veniamo accolti come se andassi a casa di un amico di vecchia data, tutti sorridenti, cordiali, educati e sopratutto, cosa non comune a Ravenna, pronti a fare 2 chiacchere e ad ascoltarti. Ci sediamo, oridiamo senza fretta 2 pizze vino e birra, arriva tutto nel giro di 10 minuti, ma non ce ne rendiamo conto perche Enry ha incominciato a scaldare il pubblico. Degustiamo un'ottima pizza, in un clima fantastico, persone di tutte l' età, tutti che si divertono e cantano, nell'aria u' atmosfera di allegria ed educazione, nesun giudizio solo voglia di stare bene in armonia. Alcuni accennano dei passi di ballo, ovunque ti guardi intorno, tutti e dico tutti si stanno divertendo, compresi i camerieri e i titolari. Lo staff è meravoglioso!!! Ti coccola da quando entri a quando esci, nessuno a fretta e la serata scorre anche troppo velocemente. Enry ti prende per mano e ti fa entrare nel suo mondo. Vado a pagare il conto, e i prezzi sono nella media, altro punto a loro favore, che non aumentano i prezzi perche c'e un evento (sono dei Signori!!), il Titolare mi offre anche un drink, e facciamo 2 chiacchere con i baristi (bravissimi educati professionali e sempre disponibili ad accontentarti), e torno a gustarmi una splendida serata.
