Based on my experience they speak 0 English, but I would still recommend for tourists (even vegans), because you can just use your pretty finger to point, and they have a LOT of ice cream flavors and other sweets.
The quality and taste was excellent the two times I tried. 👌 For vegans I especially recommend the chocolate and the lemon pistachio ice cream, but they have other vegan flavors too. Also you can ask for a paper cup if you're worried about the cone ingredients.
