Cannot recommend this restaurant enough!!! ☺️The staff greeted us with champagne and a big smile. Just before arriving in Reggio Calabria I started to feel very sick, so when we sat down to eat I didn’t have much of an appetite.

I kindly asked them if they can prepare something simple to make me feel better but I was fully understanding if that wouldn’t be possible due to restaurant policy. Instead I was so positively surprised by Nicolas and Camila - the two staff members that were so attentive and tried to fully understand what exactly I was asking for and without a doubt took my order.

When the meal arrived they both stopped by to ask if I was okay and if the food was what I wanted. Speaking of the food, it was the most delicious simple yet perfectly made tomato pasta. It was the closest pasta to a home cooked meal I’ve ever had so extreme kudos to the chefs. Although I wasn’t able to try any of the other dishes they all smelled divine and everyone was very happy with their meals.

The meal literally brought me back to life so I know it was made with love. 🫶🏼

Lastly when we paid they offered us a free lollipops which was such a nice touch for wrapping up our experience.

Extremely grateful for Nicolas and Camila for taking such a nice care of me and I would definitely come back to enjoy the restaurant fully.

An exceptional dining experience that captures the essence of Naples in the heart of Reggio Calabria. From the moment you step inside, the atmosphere is warm, unpretentious, and unmistakably Italian. The service is attentive without being intrusive, and the staff are clearly passionate about what they serve.

The pizza is a standout – soft, charred crust with that perfect balance of chew and airiness, made in a proper wood-fired oven. Every ingredient tastes fresh and thoughtfully sourced; the San Marzano tomatoes, creamy fior di latte, and fragrant basil are textbook Neapolitan. Pasta dishes are equally impressive – generous portions, perfectly al dente, and rich in flavour without being heavy.

The wine list is well-curated and reasonably priced, with several local Calabrian and Campanian options. Desserts are authentic and not overdone – the tiramisù in particular deserves a mention.

If you’re seeking a genuine taste of Naples away from the tourist traps, this is where you go. No gimmicks, just honest, high-quality food executed with skill and heart.

Pizza assolutamente eccezionale, un gusto praticamente unico e soprattutto quando ti alzi dal tavolo non rimane la pesantezza sullo stomaco. Perfetta

Servizio assolutamente pessimo. 1 caso, mi siedo e ordino le pizze dicendo che le bevande le ordinavo dopo per iniziare a far cuocere le pizze. Successivamente chiedo una coca per mia moglie (poiché eravamo solo in 2) ad un altro cameriere che me la porta, e 1 minuto dopo sento parlare 2 cameriere tra loro che fanno "verifica al tavolo x se hanno scritto la coca perché hanno chiesto a 2 camerieri diversi".

Adesso capisco il controllo che di per sé non è sbagliato ma farmelo davanti mi avete fatto sentire manco fossi un truffatore o un ladro .

Poi portamo le pizze e un altra cameriera con un fare sconvolto mi fa : "ma solo una coca ?" A parte che avremmo potuta dividerla oppure ordinare una bevanda per volta ma educazione vuole che al massimo mi si doveva chiedere se volessi altro non in questo modo.

Signori titolari, sul cibo non discuto la vostra perfezione però rivedete meglio questo personale che lascia veramente a desiderare, e parlo della parte dentro perché ho mangiato lì e non ai tavolini esterni.

Ps: il ragazzo che mi ha fatto lo scontrino alla cassa vicino ai bagni di fronte al primo forno, giustamente mi chiede come mi fossi trovato e gli rispondo ovviamente che la pizza era ottima, mi chiede i soldi pago e vado via. Mentre mi metto in macchina che ero già fuori Reggio Calabria rileggo lo scontrino e mi accorgo che non era fiscale. Adesso capisco tutto però, posso pure dire che dovevo accorgermi prima io e chiederlo ma non funziona così, lo scontrino fiscale va sempre fatto e non che con la scusa di chiedere come uno si è trovato il cameriere "magari anche di testa sua" per emergere e/o farsi notare dal titolare non fa lo scontrino.

Rivedete assolutamente il personale perché per la qualità del cibo così alta che avete non potete perdevi per il personale così scarsamente...
