La Terrazza — Restaurant in Rimini

We have asked for Michelangelo menu and the waitress didn't knew which meals are in this menu! She tried to explane, but she didn't knew exactly from which meals we can choose the 1st and the second meals. She asked collegue and we choosed from 2 meals, what she showed and at the end we get the bill 15eur more when we choosed! Because we choosed the other meals that are not in menu. We talked with, as I thought, restaurant owner and he thought that everything is correct and we must to pay. We explained situation and later he tried to lie that menu is 1 for 1 persons, but in menu is written 1 menu min for 2 person, and we asked for 1 menu and in the bill is calculated less as 2 menus without drinks. What a shame! That is the worst restaurant ever with unqualified personal and the dishonest owner. The meals was awful, squids fried with flour in fryer for 15.50eur in restaurant?!...

Don't. Go. There. Where do I start...should have realised not to go there because was almost empty on Saturday night. There's a reason.. the staff working there is unorganised and not professional. We had to ask twice to get the menu and water. Food was expensive and way too small and not good, pasta with seafood tasted only tomato sauce. Too many waiters visited our table which was confusing..they still have Christmas decoration..Why? House wine was undrinkable. Pasta with ragu for kids tasted old. Uneatable. If you need to eat, go to the place next to it. Or anywhere else. Im giving two stars only because at least they had few vegetarian...

“La Terrazza” il nome ti fa immaginare un ristorante in una terrazza sul mare ma in realtà si affaccia su un viale piccolo, sporco e rumoroso, pieno di bancarelle di indiani antiquate e, dall’altra parte della strada, una piazzetta altrettanto piccola e sporca. A parte il contesto orribile che non c’entra comunque niente col ristorante in sé, anche perché da Rimini non ci si potrebbe aspettare di meglio, la location è bella, ampia, luminosa, ma un po’ rovinata e con decorazioni pacchiane… La signora che ci ha accolto è stata veramente molto cordiale e questo è uno degli unici punti positivi. L’unica cosa che non mi è piaciuta è il fatto che si fosse messa a fumare all’ingresso, in vista ai clienti… è una sottigliezza, ma che comunque si può evitare. Una pausa per i camerieri è sacrosanta, ma per lo meno sul retro del ristorante o comunque non in bella vista. Per il resto, in fase di prenotazione si vendono bene, dicendo che la loro specialità è il pesce. Io ho trovato dei piatti assolutamente di poca qualità a prezzi ECCESSIVAMENTE ELEVATI. Una pasta allo scoglio normalissima al prezzo di 19€ è un furto. Tra l’altro nelle conchiglie c’era della sabbia, che letteralmente mi sono mangiata… il piatto del camionista, al prezzo esageratissimo di ben 25€ non era assolutamente niente di che… Il servizio è stato abbastanza veloce perché la sala era quasi vuota. Ci hanno portato il pane dopo almeno mezz’ora, idem le Salviettine per pulirci le mani dopo il primo ce le hanno portate dopo il secondo…. La cosa che più mi fa arrabbiare è: se avete la consapevolezza di essere un ristorante nella norma, abbassate i prezzi e non prendete in giro i clienti.
