Piadino — Restaurant in Rimini

We arrived at 21:50 to order a single burger, expecting it to be ready in about 15 minutes. However, after waiting for over 30 minutes without receiving anything, we decided to ask for an update.

We approached a man who appeared to be in charge of handing out orders — he wasn’t busy at the time — and calmly asked about our burger. Instead of helping us, he started shouting “TICKET! TICKET!” aggressively. He then complained about having worked for six hours and told us that if we’re the only ones complaining, we should just go to McDonald’s.

We were shocked by the way he shouted at us, as we had approached him politely and without any hostility. It felt completely uncalled for — as if we had personally offended him.

In the end, he refunded us the 7€ and told us to leave, without any apology, while making a scene in front of other customers.

Absolutely unacceptable customer service. Don’t go there if you expect to be treated with...

Un'esperienza autentica e deliziosa – 5 stelle meritate

Sono stato a "Piadino" per gustarmi una vera piadina romagnola e devo dire che è stata un'esperienza impeccabile dal primo all'ultimo morso. Questo posto è il perfetto esempio di come la qualità degli ingredienti e un servizio eccellente possano fare la differenza.

Qualità del cibo: La piadina che ho mangiato era semplicemente deliziosa. La pasta era soffice e fragrante, proprio come una vera piadina romagnola dovrebbe essere. Gli ingredienti freschi e di altissima qualità sono ciò che davvero rende unica questa piadina. Ho scelto un ripieno ricco e saporito, e ogni morso era un'esplosione di gusto. La combinazione degli ingredienti freschi e il modo in cui sono stati preparati ha reso il tutto ancora più speciale. Non vedo l'ora di tornarci per provarne altre varianti!

Servizio: Il personale è stato eccezionale. Accogliente, cordiale e attento, mi hanno fatto sentire come a casa. La loro passione per il cibo e l'ospitalità è evidente in ogni aspetto del servizio. Non solo sono stati veloci, ma anche estremamente gentili nel consigliare piadine e abbinamenti. La loro attenzione al cliente è davvero al top e ha sicuramente contribuito a rendere il pranzo ancora più piacevole.

Ambiente: Il locale è accogliente e curato nei dettagli, perfetto per godersi una pausa pranzo (o cena) in tutta tranquillità. L'atmosfera è informale ma con quel tocco di raffinatezza che fa sentire il cliente speciale.

Conclusione: "PIadino" è senza dubbio un posto che consiglio vivamente a chi ama la cucina romagnola. Non solo per la qualità del cibo, ma anche per l'ospitalità che ti fa sentire come parte della famiglia. Un'ottima scelta per chi cerca autenticità, freschezza e un servizio impeccabile. Amazing! One of the best food in Italy(Local Street food) We have been 3 times there and have tried few different fillings. In our opinion sausage, onion and mozzarella is the best one. Some of those fillings were a little bit to salty but it's just our opinion.
