Delicious gelato! The fruit flavors are amazing, the melone was like biting into a sweet cantaloupe and the fragola reminded me of eating strawberries while picking them ripe off the vine. But best of all, I asked upon walking in for Fondente, but the only chocolate they had was the milk. As I struggled on what to order, a really nice guy behind the counter clearly sensed my disappointment and explained the Fondente was almost done. He recommended a chocolate lined edible cup, in case it was too soft, rather than a cone. I came here with 3 of my friends. We all got ice cream one after the other. One lady served me and I paid for my ice cream with her. My friends got served by another lady after and paid with her. At the end when my friends were coming to me where I was eating my ice cream, The lady who served them looked at me and yelled that I didn’t pay for my ice cream. I told her I did. The gelato is good, but the rudeness and impatience of the staff ruin the experience. The line blocks the view of the gelato flavors, so by the time we get to the front to order, we still haven’t seen what’s available. It’s normal for someone to be unsure of what to choose. The girl who served me was impatient and remarked to her colleague in Italian that she wouldn't repeat which flavors I wanted. I'm not Italian, but I understood what she said.
