A Favela - Churrascaria e Restaurante — Restaurant in Rome

Sometimes you go to a restaurant, you enjoy the food, and you leave. Well in this case, it's a bit different, it's more like a wonderful experience. The welcoming staff takes you on a Brazilian tradition journey. We had a great waiter (Gilmar, aka Gigante) who was more than happy to introduce us to the Brazilian traditions, and took his time to explain to us the origin of their food and drinks. So we had the mixed antipasti that is a rich mix of many plates, and then after that, the chef kept coming out with countless numbers of meat on a big skewer, cutting slices of meat in customers' plates. The restaurant was good and the staff friendly but I gave three stars for two reasons. One, the restaurant is called "churrascaria e restaurante" which is misleading because it is only rodizio (churrascaria). Two, there is no salad bar and vegetarians must pay the full rodizio price to eat rice and beans only. I was told vegetarians/vegans should call in advance and they prepare some extra food but even so I think it's unfair to charge the same as the meat eating crew. Desde o nome até a decoração, que realmente faz jus ao conceito proposto, tudo reflete um cuidado especial com detalhes e uma criatividade única.

O espaço é extremamente aconchegante, e o atendimento merece destaque: a equipe é simplesmente maravilhosa, sem exceção. Infelizmente, não perguntei os nomes dos colaboradores, mas todos foram incrivelmente acolhedores e atenciosos, garantindo uma experiência excepcional.

Sobre a comida, não há palavras suficientes para descrever. Todos os pratos servidos à mesa estavam impecáveis, com um sabor autêntico de comida caseira, carregados de memória afetiva. Os cortes de carne chegaram no ponto perfeito, nada a reclamar!

Como sugestão construtiva para a administração, destaco a importância de uma presença mais ativa nas redes sociais. Descobri o restaurante pelo Google e, ao buscar a página no Instagram, percebi que estava desatualizada, o que quase me desanimou de visitar, porque achei que poderia estar fechado ou não existir mais. Como gerente de marketing e fotógrafa, compreendo o impacto positivo de uma mídia social atrativa e atualizada para fortalecer a presença do estabelecimento e atrair novos clientes.
