Burger King — Restaurant in Rome

A plus this place had very cold air-conditioning and place was really clean.We are vegitarian and wanted to give this a try since we dont have in united states. We had fried nachos were good, plant based nuggets were good, dont forget to try the mango curry dipping sauce, cheese fries were ok. Plant based burgers were good as well. You get no ice in your fountian drinks which was expected and they leave about 2 inches from top and no refills. and you have to pay 50 cents a packet for ketchup and all sauces. Yes I know, I shouldn't admit I have been to a burger-place in Italy with all of it's so fantastic food but i do have and this is the best Burger-place ever with such good quality in their food (the french fries are tasting amazingly good), somebody is always cleaning this already so well-cleaned restaurant, the service is so great and the staff seems to love working there truly and it's so great value for your buck when you get a whole meal for 4 €. Oggi sono andata all'ora di pranzo per un pranzo veloce appena staccato dal lavoro. Ho ordinato un plant based burger con l'aggiunta di bacon, cipolla e ceddar. Il panino è arrivato senza bacon. Può capitare, anche io ho lavorato nella ristorazione. Ho fatto un po la karen, ma avendo pagato 1 euro in più per il bacon l'ho fatti presente e vi devo dire che Ambra, la ragazza che mi ha aiutata con l'errore è stata così gentile che mi sono meravigliata. Solitamente nei fast food come questi il personale è sempre scortese, soprattutto quando fai notare una cosa del genere(del tipo, stai a magna al burger, non al ristorante...) e niente, nonostante era evidente che non stava avendo una bella giornata è stata molto gentile e mi ha fatto rifare il panino.
