We ended up here walking from Parco degli Scipioni to Basilica di San Giovanni in Laterano, completely by accident. We fancied a coffee, but we came across delicious cakes! We ordered croissants and maritozzi, they were fresh and very good - just right for a coffee in passing. Loved Corsini! The food, sweets and espresso were delicious. The staff are fabulous! We went several times and they would learn our preferences with drinks (ex. no ice or lemon with my Coke). My husband would try to speak in Italian and they welcomed it and helped him if he made a mistake. On our last day one of the staff wrote in English on my husband's espresso. A very meaningful touch. We found this cafe whilst on a recent trip to Rome. It was right near our accommodation and all I can say it was a lovely welcome they give you. The staff were very friendly and attentive the atmosphere is great with a lovely courtyard. The food and coffee is really good and they will also give you english tea. Very good value for money.
