Danny's Bar in Rome offers a delightful dining experience that perfectly complements the vibrant Roman atmosphere. The food here is truly commendable, with a menu that showcases a variety of delicious options that cater to both local and international palates. Each dish is prepared with fresh ingredients and authentic flavors that leave a memorable impression.
What sets Danny's Bar apart, however, is the exceptional service provided by the staff. One of the standout aspects of our visit was the staff's ability to communicate in multiple languages, which made us feel incredibly welcomed and comfortable. Unlike some other eateries that cater primarily to Italian-speaking patrons, Danny's Bar ensures that language is not a barrier, enhancing the overall dining experience for international visitors.
Overall, Danny's Bar is a fantastic spot for anyone looking to enjoy good food while being assured of great service in their preferred language. Whether you're a local or a tourist, you're sure to appreciate the hospitality and delicious offerings at this charming...
Read moreAt first , this place was great. Vibe and outdoor seating was great. Paula was a phenomenal waitress but just a tad of language disconnect and we as a table ordered three more Margarita pizzas instead of three more wines. We graciously accepted and laughed about it with no hard feelings. The second waitress Matilda, was at first okay but a tad standoffish, we as a table are unsure as to why, but we said “thank you for everything extremely politely to both waitresses, Paula was as sweet as originally but Matilda ignored us, walked inside never made eye contact again and never came back. Except when we paid our bill. She threw our card on our table and we said thank you again and she just walked off. As a world traveler, I am bound to have Language barrier mistakes, but I don’t appreciate rude behavior. The food was mediocre for Rome, the service(Paula) at first was great but the last 3/4 I would avoid. We were at ceccacci pizzeria the night before, and they were phenomenal, one block away would recommend...

Just felt like they regretted that I walked in. Granted I was the only American there, and a sweaty one at that. I just walked the Appian and this was my first stop , about 1800hrs in a Monday . Saw it was an American name so assumed it would be chill and friendly. The place is super casual and looks like a local hangout. They served my main course without a fork , the male waiter that dropped it off didn’t come back so I went back inside to grab one. I didn’t see the nice lady and found a bartender instead. He looked put off when I asked for a fork but he gave me one without speaking a work. Weird negative vibe , but the lasagna was decent. Not coming back because of weird vibe. But I liked the location and seeing people during their...
