Città del Cielo — Restaurant in Rome

I am extremely disappointed of this restaurants service and way of treating their customers. I came here just yesterday with my grandparents and was extremely disappointed with the quality of the food. The spring rolls came with little filling so basically I had deep fried nothing. My grandma had ordered chicken wrapped in foil. When it had arrived instead of chicken it was beef. We let that go and we asked them to do it again for us. The next time they also weren’t able to get it right. At this point I was very upset. When explaining to the manager in a calm way what the issue was. He shouted in our faces and acted stupid trying to seem like we’re the bad guys. The waiter who was very kind and agreed with our statements was very kind, we tipped her because she looked devastated of what the manager had done.. The ignorance of the manager and the cook was extremely unprofessional and just rood. I will never be going there again unless it’s to tell them that what they are doing is very childish and mind boggling.. I 10000% don’t recommend this “restaurant” to anyone at all. The other reviews are fake I can tell because I went and asked people that came out of the restaurant for their opinion, most of them said that it was the most disgusting place ever.. The manager was the worst though, I will have never met someone that rood in my life and I hope she gets...

Storico ristorante cinese - poi cino-giappinese- del quartiere San Paolo. Essendo affezionata, sono passata a prenotare per la sera di Capodanno. Ovviamente vista la serata di festa, ho chiesto alla signora se vi fossero variazioni nel prezzo oppure nel menù, ma mi è stato detto e confermato dallo staff che non vi erano. L'amara sorpresa è stata al momento del conto che oltre ad un rincaro di 2€ sul menù all-you-can-eat a persona, era prevista una maggiorazione del 20% sul prezzo totale perchè era festa! Sconcertata, ho protestato per la mancata chiarezza nella comunicazione e mi sono rifiutata di accettare un comportamento scorretto e poco professionale. Ovviamente, davanti alle mie rimostranze è stato il proprietario ad intercedere, per lo meno sul 20% in più. L'aumento è stato pagato, anche se nessuno ne aveva fatto menzione prima. Inoltre c'è stata una poco velata esortazione a terminare gli ordini...forse stavamo ordinando troppo? Il sushi è buono, ma la cucina è discutibile sulla qualità (fritto freddo) e freschezza degli ingredienti. Si può e si deve...

Very pushy hostess, trying to sell more than we wanted to eat. It was hot, and they would not turn on another AC. it's a fairly large space where one small AC was definitely not enough. But at least they were open after 3pm for lunch, so we could have something to eat since we were hungry. Most restaurants in Rome are closed...
