Dosaggiozero, il Ristorante — Restaurant in Rome

A little gem outside of town, this was hands down the best food of our trip through Italy. Just a few blocks from the metro station, we shared a 4 course meal and the night’s special spaghetti entree.

You can taste the freshness of the bruschetta stuffed zucchini flowers and the prawns, which make such a difference when serving those ingredients. We then had gnocchi with mussels, where the dried tomatoes were unforgettably sweet and flavorful, and the dish had plenty of mussels. The special was spaghetti with prawns and truffles which was al dente and good as well. By this time we were quite full, and served stuffed calamari which we tried our best to finish. And lastly, we chose the cheesecake dessert which was delicious, but light and fluffy, which made it easier to finish on a full stomach. We especially recommend the stuffed zucchini flowers, gnocchi and the cheesecake, all which brought their own unique and exquisite tastes...

Absolutely fantastic experience here, it is a little gem hidden inside the alley. Very warm and welcoming hospitality from our server. Presentations of the food are well presented while they tasted delicious as well. Do keep mind though since it is the real Italian way cooking so the spaghetti is “al dente”. Which means “to the tooth” or basically, firm to the bite and has a harder texture compared to many of the people never had real Italian...

Ci siano fermati a pranzo senza in realtà grandi aspettative in quanto ci trovavamo in zona e dovevamo risolvere il problema di mangiare. Il ristorante è piccolino ma comunque arredato con gusto. Gli spazi sono piuttosto angusti ma credo sia davvero l'unico difetto che ho trovato riguardo questo ristorante dove ho mangiato divinamente. La tartare di crudi di mare con avocado vale da sola il prezzo del biglietto. Piatto Clamorosamente equilibrato e allo stesso tempo Gustosissimo. Decisamente super anche il polpo alla catalana. Per quel che riguarda i primi, eccellente il risotto di mare alle noci ed esame assolutamente superato anche per quel che concerne le linguine all'astice. Cottura della pasta perfetta e pesce fresco oltre che gustosissimo. Semplici e delicati anche i dolci, con una menzione per il semifreddo di vaniglia al basilico, agli estremi confini della bontà. Impeccabile anche il servizio dove il ragazzo in sala ha letteralmente fatto il diavolo a quattro rispettando tempi e ponendosi in maniera assolutamente gentile. I prezzi sono alti ma in linea assolutamente con la qualità del cibo proposto. Standing ovation e ci tornerò di sicuro altre volte, prenotando per tempo dato che ci sono davvero...
