A good friend of mine suggested me this place after eating for a week around the main attraction in Rome and what a difference! You can always find good food in Rome, even in the so-called "tourist traps," but one must dare and travel a little bit far from the main attractions to enjoy the real Italian food. This place had everything from an amazing kitchen to try to the service offered and to end with a huge wall of wine selections for every budget and taste. One thing I found pleasantly surprising is that after trying a few of their wines in different price ranges, I can say that no matter the price, the quality and taste were wonderful. I would definitely recommend trying their "carapacio", the marinated fresh meat or fish, and also ask for the specials because they will surprise you with a plate you might never tasted before in your life. In the end, I would definitely recommend Baccano, just a short walk from Tiburtina station, which is easily reachable with the Rime Metro.

Sono entrata a farmi un aperitivo con la mia mamma ottantene. ..ci siamo sedute all'interno e dopo quasi mezz'ora ad aspettare come se fossimo trasparenti mi sono alzata un po' spazi entità per chiedere se forse mi fossi seduta ad un tavolo sbagliato! A questo punto un tipo, devo dire estremamente gentile e professionale si è avvicinato per prendere il nostro ordine. Un prosecco Valdobbiadene per me è un aperol per la mia mamma! Da li a poco si presenta il tipo con il mio prosecco. ..non Valdobbiadene, e un'acqua tonica con un crodino! Ma io avevo chiesto un aperol! Ok....ariva finalmente. ....non una noccioline. ..non una patatina niente....una tristezza inaudita! Richiamo la signoria che fa finta di non vedermi per chiedere se ci può portare almeno un oliva e molto acidella mi puntualizza che dal momento che si paga bisogna chiedere!
