KFC — Restaurant in Rome

This KFC is found in the Centro Commerciale AURA. Which is a shopping center located in front of the Valle Aurelia train station. There's a PAM supermarket, an H&M and other stores and restaurants. It is a full size location with ample seating. And most of the staff speaks English (well enough) for those who have anxiety about ordering in Italian. The location is great because you can get some shopping done, before or after your KFC meal. With the train and metro a hundred metres or so away. To take you into the center of Rome, if you so wish. Great location except they don't have there own restrooms in the restaurant. There are restrooms in the building that serve all visitors. Went all the way to Valle Aurelia to bring back good old memories of KFC when I was back home. Ordered a nice bucket of chicken. As soon as I grabbed a piece, I noticed right away that the chicken was saggy and drenched with oil, not one but all chicken in the bucket! I had the courage to have a bite only to find out that the inside was also oily with no taste at all! Where did all the 11 herbs and spices go? P.S. I’ve been to this place 3 times, but the 3rd time will probably be the last one. Service is very poor. The person that was there in the afternoon was very rude. We had two questions about something and they were very indifferent almost didn’t wanna answer. I wanted a spoon and they touched the part that goes in your mouth with their bare hands, I asked for another one and they gave me a bad look.
