I honestly don’t even know where to start. The entire restaurant seemed to be run by just one very overworked server and one chef, so service was painfully slow at every stage. Prices were a bit on the high side, but I could overlook that if the experience had been decent. Unfortunately, it was the opposite.
I ordered pasta, which was extremely salty to the point of being inedible, and about 20 minutes after eating I felt unwell and ended up with stomach issues.
The facilities were just as bad: the women’s restroom door couldn’t be locked, so someone actually walked in on me; the toilet wouldn’t flush properly because the water tank was broken; and the sink outside had no functioning tap, so it was impossible to even wash my hands.
From start to finish, every single part of the visit was a letdown. I have never imagined that a restaurant could fail at literally every step of the dining experience. This was, without question, the worst restaurant experience...

Il servizio di Eduardo è stato eccellente e ci ha aiutato nel migliore dei modi con l’ordine. Tuttavia, c’era una cameriera completamente scortese, poco professionale e priva di buon senso. Fin dal nostro arrivo ci ha accolti con totale disattenzione, senza neanche augurarci una buona serata (e già da lì è iniziato male). Alla fine, mentre stavo ancora terminando di mangiare, ha tolto il piatto della mia amica che aveva già finito e ha quasi portato via anche il mio!!! Stavo ancora mangiando la pizza e c’era cibo nel piatto. Un comportamento assolutamente inaccettabile! Il minimo per un cameriere è saper riconoscere il momento giusto per ritirare i piatti. La cosa peggiore è che, quando ho risposto, mi ha fissata con un atteggiamento ostile, che mi ha fatto sentire molto a disagio. Spero che lei legga questo commento e che la prossima volta sappia trattare i clienti con educazione, perché nessuno è obbligato a sopportare il cattivo umore altrui. Il minimo che ci si aspetta entrando in un ristorante è sentirsi accolti e a proprio agio con il servizio. D’altronde, stiamo pagando per l’esperienza completa. Non conosco il suo nome, ma aveva capelli neri, lisci, di media lunghezza, pelle chiara. L’episodio è avvenuto martedì verso le 20:30

The food was good. We ordered a carbonara and a pizza. I expected a bit more from the caprese pizza, but overall it was fine. Eduardo’s service was excellent, and he helped us in the best way with our order. However, there was a waitress who was completely rude, unprofessional, and lacking in common sense. From the moment we arrived, she treated us with negligence, not even greeting us with a “good evening” (which already set a bad tone). At the end, while I was still eating, she removed my friend’s plate—who had already finished—and almost took mine away as well!!! I was still eating my pizza and there was food left on the plate. Completely unacceptable behavior! At the very least, a waiter should know the right time to clear the plates. What made it worse is that when I reacted, she stared at me in a very hostile way, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I truly hope she reads this and learns to treat people with basic respect, because no one should have to put up with someone else’s bad mood. The minimum expectation when entering a restaurant is to feel welcomed and comfortable with the service. After all, we are paying for the entire experience. No flavour (four cheese, with an extra of ham and pineapples)and my husband's so called lasagne was a dry, unappetizing disgrace. I am shocked by the poor standard of food that was brought out to us. We've had gorgeous meals in lots of other places in Rome but unfortunately this place was was not a good experience at all.
