No pongo 0 estrellas porque no puedo, pésima experiencia y mal servicio de parte de las trabajadoras que agredieron verbalmente y casi físicamente a mi compañera q estaba usando la mesa conmigo ( yo estaba consumiendo y compartiendo) además violan las reglas de los tickets del jubileo ( no nos lo dieron gratis). Cabe recalcar que cuando estábamos usando las mesas el resto del grupo, salieron las trabajadoras a espantarnos para que acabaramos rápido. Pésima experiencia pd: mi amiga termino llorando. Y para colmo han violado nuestro derecho a la intimidad y a la imagen grabandonos y acosando a nuestro grupo Non do 0 stelle perché non posso. Esperienza terribile e servizio pessimo da parte del personale. Hanno aggredito verbalmente e quasi fisicamente il mio collega che era al tavolo con me (stavo consumando e condividendo). Hanno anche violato il regolamento del biglietto Jubilee (non ce l'hanno dato gratis). Vale la pena notare che, quando il resto del gruppo stava usando i tavoli, il personale è uscito per spaventarci e farci finire in fretta. Esperienza terribile. P.S. La mia amica si è messa a piangere. E per finire, hanno violato il nostro diritto alla privacy e all'immagine registrandoci e molestando il nostro gruppo. Je ne lui donne pas 0 étoile parce que je ne peux pas. C'était une expérience horrible et le service du personnel était déplorable. Ils ont agressé verbalement et presque physiquement mon voisin de table (je consommais et partageais). Ils ont également enfreint le règlement d'entrée du Jubilee (ils ne nous l'ont pas donné gratuitement). Il est important de noter que lorsque le reste de notre groupe utilisait les tables, le personnel est sorti pour nous effrayer et nous faire finir rapidement. Une expérience horrible. P.-S. : Mon ami s'est mis à pleurer. Et pour couronner le tout, ils ont violé notre droit à la vie privée et à l'image en nous enregistrant et en harcelant notre groupe.

They verbally and almost physically assaulted my colleague who was using the table with me (I was consuming and sharing). They also violated the Jubilee ticket rules (they didn't give it to us for free). Welcome to Bona Supplì, where they’ve perfected the art of stuffing rice and tomato sauce around mozzarella, rolling it in breadcrumbs, frying it and launching it directly into your mouth like it’s a heat-seeking flavor missile. Suppli is an Italian appetizer often eaten with pizza.

Legend has it that French soldiers under Napoleon bit into one and exclaimed “surprise” because they weren’t expecting molten mozzarella tucked inside. I mean, imagine biting into what looks like a rice ball and BOOM the ultimate cheese explosion. Honestly, it’s giving Rome’s got talent. Surprise but make it Italian, Suppli.

And let’s talk about what it really is: a mozzarella cheese nugget. Think: a mozzarella stick got tired of the straight life and wanted some Roman flair. So it took a rice bath, got sauced (literally), threw on a breadcrumb jacket, and jumped into the fryer like it had nothing to lose. Out pops a golden, crispy, cheesy miracle.

How can this not be good? It’s deep-fried. It’s got cheese. It’s got carbs wrapped in carbs. The only surprise here is how fast you’ll be reaching for a second. Or a fifth....

I do not recommend this place.

At Bona Pizza in Rome, I felt completely scammed by the staff. The prices shown are per 100 grams, but they cut much larger slices without asking and then charge you based on the weight. I ended up paying €7 for a single slice of pizza, which is absolutely ridiculous.

When I realized the price and wanted to cancel the purchase, the staff were extremely rude and refused to let me cancel the order. I also pointed out that the woman didn’t even ask me what size of slice I wanted — she just cut it herself. Her response was that there is only one size, which was clearly a lie because you could see that other pizzas were cut into different-sized pieces.

This place is clearly trying to take advantage of tourists and overcharge them without transparency. Avoid this place — it’s not about the pizza, it’s about tricking you out...
