Welcome: No Attention Upon Arrival We stood at the entrance without being acknowledged, feeling like an inconvenience.
Logistical Issues : Despite a clear reservation for outdoor seating, we were initially offered an indoor table without explanation. We had to insist to get what we requested.
Dish Presentation : Unprofessional When asked about the amuse-bouche, the reply was simply, “There’s cheese in it.” For a restaurant of this caliber, detailed descriptions are expected.
Cold Service and Language Barriers : Staff lacked warmth and struggled with English, making communication difficult (surprising for an international establishment in Rome).

Read moreThis review is about Lee Roof staff behaviour. They absolutely need to learn how to make guests feel welcome. When we went in, there are 4-5 staff members looking at us but nobody is coming to us to get us seated including the main person in blazer. It is quite embarrassing in front of all the guests. We need to initiate a conversation to give us a seat. We went only for drinks and they gave a 2-seater outside with extra chair which blocks the path for every guest around us. Read moreI arrived and stood in front of the host for 5 to 6 minutes before being acknowledged. When I asked for a table for one, he rolled his eyes. I sat at the table for 30 minutes without interaction with staff. It appeared that there was one waitress fo approximately 15 tables. I noted that only one table had any food or drinks.
