I ordered the Roman classic, Amatriciana, and it was superb. The pasta was cooked to perfection, and the tomato sauce was rich and deeply flavourful. For dessert, the homemade tiramisu was among the best I’ve ever had—no surprise, given the restaurant’s Roman roots.
