Mi dispiace dover dare una stella a questa bottega in cui volevo andare da tempo. Oggi ci sono andata per prendere delle cose da asporto, ma alla cassa è successo lo spiacevole fatto. Su un conto di 8 euro ho dato una banconota da 20, la cassiera Mi ha dato un resto di due. Ho tentennato un attimo e poi ho detto alla ragazza di averle dato 20 euro, lei ha risposto negando e dicendo che le avevo dato 10. Uscita dalla bottega ho chiesto al mio ragazzo se aveva delle banconote da dieci visto che il portafoglio era suo e mi ha confermato di non averne e che quindi la ragazza aveva sbagliato. Siamo rientrati per dirglielo di nuovo ma lei con arroganza ci ha risposto che lei non sbaglia i conti non dandoci modo di controbattere. Detto ciò sinceramente penso che qualsiasi persona umana possa sbagliare, ma non mettere minimante in dubbio il proprio operato trovo sia scortese, la commessa non ha fatto nemmeno il gesto di controllare se avesse sbagliato lei.
