Whenever I’m in Rome (a lot) I always have at least one supper here. With an array of fresh dishes, fruit and vegetables. Expect rare and in season fruits that are hard to find anywhere else. This time I was lucky to try the Merendella Peach, a fruit of Calabria & wow it was delicious. Add a glass of Cerasuolo Rosé a true Italian rosé deep in colour and a perfect pairing with the food. Yes I liked it, cosy street, nice surrounding and dishes with fruits as protagonist! I wish it would be easier to find places like that! Bring a friend for sharing if you want yo try more than a plate, or bring a book to have the time to finish all the figs...
