I was used to go and take coffee every morning, but there is an idiot who thinks she is smart treating people rudely. Today morning, I took and coffee and cornetto and I want to change it for another. When I told her she started to talk with rudeness under her nose, and she rudely served me, and she said with low voice "VAi" so that no one can hear her. I told her: next time please, treat people with respect when you serve them.. She was just staring like an idiot.. I already ignored her behaviour once when she deducted 80 cents of the rest, she thought I did not notice, but I let her take them and I gnored. Ho appena ricevuto l' ordine effettuato da casa tramite just eat, ho ordinato un MCFlurry baci perugina + 0.20€ extra baci ..quindi molto più cioccolato del normale..io ho davanti a me un gelato totalmente bianco!.. Allora io vorrei dire a colui o colei che ha pensato di fare questo dispetto, perché è solo che un dispetto, che a me dispiace se lui/lei alle ore 22.00 circa di un banalissimo Mercoledì 20 Settembre è di turno a lavorare ed io sono beatamente distesa sul letto di casa a guardare Netflix , ma non puoi scaricare la tua frustrazione sul mio ordine/gelato perché io ho pagato e tu stai lavorando e devi rispettare il tuo lavoro in primis e poi il cliente..ovviamente se avessi ordinato li fisicamente nel punto vendita non sarebbe mai successo, vero? ma visto che ho ordinato online e sono a casa né io posso sapere chi sei e reclamare in faccia tua quello che hai fatto né tu puoi temere nulla giusto? Bene sappi che in un altro periodo della mia vita sarei scesa di casa in pigiama e ti avrei buttato il tuo vigliacchissimo gelato in faccia! Ma in questo preciso momento della mia vita mi limito a questa recensione ...Ma forse domani un salto al punto vendita ce lo faccio con tanto di scontrino e vediamo chi era di turno..così, tanto per..forse se hai un valido responsabile di punto vendita un piccolo rimprovero te lo farà..forse..ma non ci spero, visto che il Mcdonald's non sembra essere quello di una volta!
