Pizza e Arrosticini — Restaurant in Rome

Amazing food but we got fooled by the pricing at the end. We made a reservation via trip advisor/ la fourchette including a discount but the price variation between the menu card and the bill wasn’t justified. They add 2€ to each dish ordered. Plus, I am sure we ordered only one arrosticini to try and they served a platter of 9 and charge us 10. Luckily, they were really tasty. They charge you extra but no one says anything as the food is good. And coperto is charged 2,5€ per person and wasn’t stated on the menu card.

The food was truly amazing and authentic. We had also delicious sheep skewers and refreshing wine. The home made cherry alkohol and all pizzas were delicious!

I was thinking what to say/write about one member of staff- a girl with the dreadlocks and I need to say how we felt. From the beginning she was acting like she was offended. We’re sorry that you have to serve us. We asked about one thing in the menu and she raised her voice that she cannot understand. That’s ok, we can always explain or say it in different way, but you don’t need to raise your voice or show your anger. We were your guests. Two stars for guy who recommended cherry alkohol and was really nice. Shame, for the food we would love to visit...

We had the best pizza ever at Arrostocini last night! The late night margarita pizza cravings hit and this place was close to our airbnb. We had 2 beers and 2 pizzas and our server, Gabrielle, was so amazing! He was generous enough to give us some Nutella biscuits and they were so good! Perfect end to a great meal. The pizza itself was perfect Neapolitan style with salty mozzarella and fresh tomato sauce and the crispy crust and chewy center was perfect and so well balanced. The basil was also a nice touch.
