Wow—Quipu absolutely blew me away. This place is an easy 10/10, and I’ll definitely be coming back. The food was incredible—leche de tigre was fresh and authentic, and the pollo broaster? Truly to die for. Every bite felt like a real taste of Peru. But what really made the experience unforgettable was the service. The staff here don’t just serve food—they genuinely care about your experience. Friendly, attentive, and full of warmth, their dedication to customer satisfaction was above and beyond. Honestly, I would gladly pay double just to be around the kind of energy and hospitality they bring. Unfortunately, not good. I ordered seco de osso bucco, but was served fridge cold piece of meat (like, it was fridge cold to the touch - how do you even serve something like that?) I sent it back and they at least didn't make me pay for the water I'd had. Would've had wine - which according to the menu they're supposed to have by the glass - but they didn't serve it, with no explanation given. Why have it on the menu then? El sábado 14 de junio organizamos una cena en el restaurante para 40 personas, ya que todas las veces que hemos ido la comida siempre estuvo muy buena. Este dia nosotros como anfitriones pagamos “x” cantidad de bebidas para las personas, llevando yo el conteo para saber cuantos más quedaban. Lamentablemente ese dia estuvo a cargo la camarera Alisson, que imagino es la que tiene más tiempo trabajando ahi, dejando mucho que desear ese dia con su falta de amabilidad y sobre todo, cuando fui a cancelar los platos junto a mi mamá (la cumpleañera), gracias a que llevé la cuenta también yo, vi que teníamos dinero faltante con la cual podía cambiar por alguna otra bebida o simplemente reclamarlo a lo que esta señorita me respondió muy alterada “A VER DE QUE ESTAMOS HABLANDO, YO NO TE VOY A QUITAR 3 EUROS” muy ofuscada. Me devolvió el dinero gracias a que la camarera que tuvo todo el tiempo mucha cordialidad, Gia, confirmó la cantidad de bebidas que se habían servido. Luego cuando mi mamá quiso comprar más bebidas y que pongan un poco de música porque eramos los únicos que reservamos esa noche, la señorita respondió NO PORQUE TU HIJA ME HACE PROBLEMAS.
