Ristorante Pizzeria L'Ostrica Ubriaca Roma — Restaurant in Rome

My family along with two other families visited this restaurant on our first day of vacation in Italy. Besides the low quality food they served, they also scammed us with outrageous service fees, even charging 3 kids (under 2 years) that never ordered any food. When I found a pretty big stone in my meal, I called their attention to it and the server trivialized it by saying it was normal. They also tricked us into buying their salty, poorly made bread and pizza in the guise of complimentary snacks. It was our worst restaurant experience in terms of quality and price, and I hope to never visit them again. I do not recommend...

We wanted to have pasta as a farewell meal. At first, it was very hard and we couldn’t eat it, so we kindly asked if they could cook it again. The answer was “no.” Then we said that we couldn’t eat it — the spaghetti was rock hard. We said we wouldn’t eat it and wouldn’t pay for it, and then they threatened us with the police. The woman was very rude and unfriendly — incredibly cheeky. We’ve never seen anything like it. I gave 50€ because the woman was unbelievable. We ordered a pizza for takeout, a couple of beers, a soda, and dessert. (34$ cheap where I come from) PIZZA WAS WONDERFUL! ( had the Diviola) Nice and thin crust that was crispy. The sauce was great.
