Ritmo è un posticino super cool in zona Monteverde, con un menù adatto sia per cenare che per fare un aperitivo “rinforzato”. Le empanadas erano buonissime, fritte BENE e quella con scarola e olive era un perfetto connubio con la cucina romana :’) Gli spaghetti con la tartare di gambero e la barbabietola li ho molto apprezzati, ma la cosa che più ho amato è stato il servizio: comunicando “pour parler” al cameriere che avremmo diviso il piatto di pasta, ci ha portato gli spaghettoni già divisi in due mezze porzioni, una cosa non richiesta ma WOW? 🥲 Grazie!
