Amazing service, they are so attentive, we were struggling with cutting the pizza and there they were with a pizza slicer, we got our hands dirty and they brought wipes

Sugo has a pizzzza my heart 💕 and we actually went here twice

Now this is my all time favourite place for pizza in the whole world.

This is one pizza place that everyone who visits Rome must try!

The dough is soooo thin and fluffy at the same time… doesn’t ask me how. But it is!

They make their sauces in house from scratch ~ you can see and taste how fresh the chunks of tomatoes are!

And that vongole was perfection, the noodles are perfectly cooked!

Great authentic Italian food served here. We've eaten here twice in our first week and plan to return again. Our waiter Stefano spoke great English and was very helpful with recommendations. He is a great server and made our experience so much more enjoyable. The meatballs and sauce were perfect and the Tiramisu is one of the best I've had. Arrivati al ristorante ci fanno sedere in un tavolo da 4, zona da noi gradita.

Ordiniamo e dopo circa 15/20 min, mentre il cameriere ci stava portando ciò che avevamo ordinato, sentiamo un suo collega che ordina ad un terzo di spostarci in un altro tavolo per fare spazio a 10 persone che dovevano arrivare. Immaginate la scena in cui il cameriere poggia le pizze sul nuovo tavolo e noi che dovevamo spostare giacche e tutto ciò che avevamo usato nella vecchia sistemazione. Al di là del servizio scortese da sottolineare l’arroganza con la quale non ci è stato nemmeno chiesto se ci andasse bene o meno, sotto gli occhi di altri clienti rimasti senza parole.

Il nuovo posto assegnato in oltre è di fianco alla porta che dà verso l’esterno (zona in cui hanno altri tavoli all’aperto). Nonostante tutto ci può stare che il cameriere esegua il proprio lavoro entrando ed uscendo da quella porta, al contrario non ci sta la situazione nella quale i vari camerieri parlano tra di loro con un piede dentro ed uno fuori, facendo entrare un sacco di freddo sul nostro tavolo. Noi freddi ed incazzati. Non parleremo della qualità dei piatti perché in tutto ciò è passata in secondo piano. Ci aspettiamo che, magari, ci venga fatto uno sconto per il disagio che hanno creato. Invece, una volta arrivati alla cassa, con il cameriere che aveva creato questo disagio, ci viene consegnato lo scontrino senza sconti. In generale anche al saluto si è dimostrato un personale poco educato e attento al cliente.

Non ci torneremo più sicuramente e speriamo che non capiti più ad altri...
