I haven't been there but I recently had a bad experience with there roasted cooffee sold onlinr, basically I ordered coffee beans in different blends and different packaging, the online ordering is perfect and shipment arrived on time. However the coffee when I tried the first blend (Regina Blue Mountain ) It was totally stale no aroma no taste, nothing. So I thought it was just this blend, then I other ones Regina dei Caraibi same thing worst taste ever had with a coffee, same thing here coffee seemed to be roasted long time ago, and badly badly preserved. They have a problem with packaging and also timing for roasting the coffee and shipping it to customers. I grind my coffee for espresso and try different roasters from Italy and UK never seen something like this.

the workers are throwing spoons and serve their coffee obove our heads. they have strong italian accent so if i ask them again, they simply ignores it. it took less then 10 seconds to make my order but they left me on hold for about 5-10 minutes and make other customers coffee who came after me.
