Great hidden gem in Selva. I wandered here craving a Beef Tartare and I tell you that you will not regret ordering it here. I got a glass of the local red wine from Tyrol. Nice medium bodied wine. I also ordered three meats to try out the Filet, Veal and Pork. Yet to try it... But I'm sure I won't be disappointed. Mixed grill and some array of salts and bread to come with it. Btw did I mention the cook uses a coal open grill to cook all the meat? Enjoy.

We had two dinners there and both were perfect. Grilled fillet of beef was outstanding as well as sirloin of deer. And I don't have words to explain what I think about their tartar.
