Great hidden gem in Selva. I wandered here craving a Beef Tartare and I tell you that you will not regret ordering it here. I got a glass of the local red wine from Tyrol. Nice medium bodied wine. I also ordered three meats to try out the Filet, Veal and Pork. Yet to try it... But I'm sure I won't be disappointed. Mixed grill and some array of salts and bread to come with it. Btw did I mention the cook uses a coal open grill to cook all the meat? Enjoy. Most importantly great value for the service, food and experience.

Best tartare in town! Not only the tartare is good but everything on the menu, from starters to main courses to dessert. You better not bring a vegetarian to this restaurant, because you might turn him/her into a meat lover of its finest. Location very cosy and service very friendly! Highly recommended!!

We had two dinners there and both were perfect. Grilled fillet of beef was outstanding as well as sirloin of deer. And I don't have words to explain what I think about their tartar. Many thanks to waiter who mixed it, it was a great show and an excellent taste as a result.
