Io e mia moglie abbiamo cenato qui ai primi di agosto, durante le nostre vacanze estive a Castelrotto. L'accoglienza è stata molto cordiale, le spiegazioni dei vari piatti da parte dello chef molto dettagliate e interessanti, con tante informazioni sulle materie prime usate e la loro provenienza. Il maître, Gianluca, ci ha fatto sentire a nostro agio per tutta la cena, consigliando anche alcuni eccezionali abbinamenti con il vino. Wir hatten einen absolut tollen Abend! Das 5-Gänge-Menu war hervorragend, die Zutaten sehr fein aufeinander abgestimmt und aus der Region. Die Weinbegleitung quer durch Italien hat hervorragend dazu gepasst. Vielen Dank an Gianluca für den aufmerksamen Service und die tollen Erklärungen.
