Nestled in a cozy corner of town, this charming restaurant run by the dynamic duo Dominik and Sarah is a true gem. Dominik masterfully handles the cooking while Sarah provides impeccable service, creating a dining experience that feels more like being welcomed into a friend’s living room than visiting a typical restaurant.

What sets this place apart is its innovative menu. Finally, a restaurant that dares to step away from the standard pizza and knödel offerings! Instead, the dishes are unique, thoughtfully prepared, and bursting with flavor. With a small selection of dishes on the menu, every bite exudes freshness and quality.

The space itself is inviting and open, with an atmosphere that encourages relaxation and conversation. Despite its intimate size, the restaurant never feels crowded, only warm and welcoming. Sarah takes the time to engage with every guest, offering personal explanations of the dishes and adding a touch of genuine kindness to the meal.

If you’re tired of the same old options and crave a personal touch, this is the spot to visit. It’s a rare find where the food, service, and ambiance come together seamlessly. Highly...

We were just looking for a descent meal after a long drive. But when you least expect it, and only once in a while, you stumble upon this perfect little place where the vibe is warm and relaxed, the staff and chef are lovely, and the food is so good it makes you want to laugh, cry and sing at the same time. Nomad is such a find. Sitting at the counter, you learn from the very talented chef what it is that will make you very happy once you dig in. Little unexpected and perfect moments like this are rare, so we walked out floating on air. Prices are very modest, and the 5 course menu is a steal. Tx for this...

This small, cozy restaurant with an open kitchen feels almost like an extension of the chef’s living room, where he passionately prepares delicious dishes. Sitting at the counter, we were able to watch him cook everything from scratch. Dominik is incredibly friendly, passionate about his cooking, and always happy to explain the dishes. The menu may be small, but every dish is incredibly tasty and homemade – inspired by flavors from around the world. Sarah adds to the welcoming atmosphere with her friendly and attentive service. A real hidden gem in the heart of...

We visited this restaurant and tried all the dishes on the menu, so we can fully evaluate the service. First of all, the atmosphere – it’s relaxed, and it feels like you’re a guest at the chef’s home. The chef and the staff are kind and easygoing. As for the food, we enjoyed everything we tried. The chef is always happy to explain the dishes and recommend drinks to pair with them. In our opinion, this is a wonderful place, and we highly recommend visiting it.

Stumbled upon this restaurant after a few hours of hiking and wow, just wow! The atmosphere was quaint and cozy. Chef Dominick cooks right in front of you which just adds to the experience. Him and his staff are so friendly and personable. The food itself was extremely and intricately flavorful. We order the butter chicken and tacos to share. The best food we had on our trip to Italy! Would recommend to anyone and hope to make it back again one day.

A wonderful dining experience. Definitely do the 5 course pre-fix and let them take you on a flavour adventure. The charming chef and host addressed people in German, Italian and English with pride and enthusiasm. This business could be successful in any major city if they could remain profitable at scale...but the beauty is the small village experience and intimate seating made it feel like we were guests in their home. Don't miss it.
