Good experience. The service is quick close to the opening times, later, seems to slow down a bit. Good recipes, mostly are typical or the area, some new dishes. We really enjoyed our visit to Ristorante Caffè Schlern-Hex! All the à la carte dishes were homemade, and you could really taste the quality. Service was friendly and quick, and the homemade cakes were excellent. The view over the valley is stunning, and there’s a lovely shaded green area perfect for relaxing.
