PizzAnticA — Restaurant in San Miniato

GOOD, QUALITY TOPPINGS. TERRIBLE PIZZA BASE.

As far as Pizza goes, this is terribly average (maybe slightly lower). I do understand that they are slightly different from a typical Pizzeria in the fact that they are trying to be a 'healthy' Pizzeria. But when you change to a health food place...you have to make things taste just as good to convince people to switch. But this is definitely one of the worst bases that we have ever tasted in the whole of Italy.

To be fair to them though, their pizzas are fresh, and they are using high quality ingredients! So...if you like health food regardless of taste...this is for you. And if you like taste...maybe try...

We came across this place by accident while walking along the streets of San Miniato, the place didn't stand out in any particular way. We wanted to buy slices of pizza, but were offered that we could also eat pizza on the spot - the place seems inconspicuous, but the pizza was simply fantastic! It's been a long time since we ate something so delicious! We were then offered dessert and both the tiramisu and fig cheesecake were simply insane. I think 5 stars is not enough! The service was also very nice! It was wonderful, thank you! Greetings...

Se fosse possibile metterei zero stelle. -Locale praticamente vuoto ma attesa di un'ora (mercoledì sera). -Base della pizza che sembra un cracker integrale, insapore e che si polverizza appena la si afferra e fin qui "SON GUSTI". -Salsa di pomodoro cruda ed insipida buttata alla cavolo -Montagna di cipolla praticamente cruda sopra la pizza -Locale dichiaratamente green con posate di legno(inutilizzabili), tovagliolini di carta riciclabile e va bene. Peccato che a due cm di distanza ci sia un bicchierone di plastica non compostabile e bottiglie di plastica anch'esse non compostabili. -A proposito di servizio: per quanto fosse immangiabile la pizza, la mia ragazza si è sentita male e dopo averlo dichiarato ed aver lasciato il tavolo praticamente a stomaco vuoto, il personale non ha fatto altro che prendere visione della situazione senza neanche una scusa, anzi anche atteggiamento disinteressato e presuntuoso. -coperto pagato 2 euro a persona non si sa per cosa e pizza schifosa con la salsiccia pagata 8 euro e 50. OKAY -LO SCONTRINO? NIENTE? Non basta che la pizza sia sana con farine particolari, lievito madre e via dicendo, non siete gli unici al mondo a farlo. Non avete la più pallida idea di quante pizzerie del genere mi hanno fatto ringraziare che ci fosse un' alternativa sana alla pizza tradizionale, ma ragazzi, il gusto e la consistenza della pasta non erano minimamente paragonabili. In più se trattate così i clienti ed offrite un servizio di questo genere, non capisco che cosa facciate a fare...
