Hi had a great dining experience here and the rating from the meal is a high 4 but for airport food it is very impressive. The only negative was that you can't get tap water. It was served with a selection of breads which were nice and hot and all tasty. The carbonara ravioli was great and very well presented. I would have preferred a bit more bacon on top. The Milanese steak was well cooked and medium rare, however I am not a huge fan of the breaded steak to be honest and I would have preferred a pepper sauce. Had to dash for the flight so didn't have time for desert. Read morePoor value for the price. It’s an expensive restaurant (80 euro for two, without wine, sharing an apetizer and having only a main course each) so it should be held to a high standard (also had a Michelin distinction). Ordered tagliolini with truffle, added by the gram. The tagliolini came with butter truffle, so it was impossible to distinguish the taste of the butter from the 20 euro truffle add-on. The other dish was tagliolini with guanciale and egg (basically a carbonara). Guanciale was horribly salty and the egg became hard after a minute. Overall, felt like the quality of a tourist trap in a touristic...
