Arrived with plenty of time for our flight, decided to try a drink and dessert. The place was not full one guy serving two behind counter, the time it took us to order should have been a hint over 10 minutes to get his attention. Tried to order two desserts and two drinks one dessert unavailable. Plenty of other people then arrived, including at bar and were served and we were just sat there waiting. The woman the next table found something alive in her sandwich - the waiter tried to tell her it was not! Eventually after over 30 minutes after we had ordered we grabbed the waiter again and ask why we were still waiting he seem surprised we had even ordered. I stopped in this place to have lunch. I ordered a veg-3 and, given the small size of the sandwich, I had to order another (veg-2) as I was still hungry. In addition to the sandwich, I ordered two 0.4 l medium draft beers (Moretti Baffo d'Oro). If I had to rate the sandwiches, the veg-3 deserves 4 stars, while the veg-2 only 3. I generally found the sandwiches satisfactory, the staff a bit too hasty for my taste, and the value for money only average. Se volete pranzare o cenare all'aeroporto di Linate, c'è un angolo appartato, elegante e tranquillo che non puzza di fritto, non è pieno di folla maleducata, invadente, vociante, e vi garantisce la sua qualità; certo non costa poco. Il personale è sempre garbato e cordiale, l'unico problema è che cambia troppo spesso. Significa una cosa sola: lo pagano male. Ogni volta c'è un "direttore di sala" che istruisce nuovi camerieri, ma né i direttori di sala né i camerieri sono mai gli stessi. E non commettete un grave errore. Se per caso voleste farvi fare un panino da asporto, attenzione: con la scusa del rispetto per l'ambiente (mirabile utopia che si riduce SEMPRE e INVARIABILMENTE al greenwashing più sfacciato) vi faranno una confezione miseranda. In un cartoncino fintochic - e con l'interno plastificato, alla faccia dell'ambientalismo - sarà infilato un panino nudo, senza nemmeno una stagnola a proteggerlo, e il barattolo di cartoncino, largo, appuntito, inutilmente ingombrante, si squarcerà ben presto a metà perché è "prediviso". Ma perché me lo "predividete"? A cosa serve? Misteri delle finte finezze alla milanese, che di solito malcelano solo stoltezze.
