The service was terrible. There was only one staff member handling everything despite the crowd. I understand they might be tired, but snapping at tourists is unacceptable. This is an airport, and not everyone speaks Italian. Making faces and acting annoyed when someone speaks incorrectly is unprofessional and frankly, ridiculous. The ice cream portions were small, and when handing it over, they didn’t even do it properly, spilling it without offering any apology—just more annoyed expressions. I’m very disappointed. I tried this brand in Florence and I really liked it because of the taste of ice creams and the friendliness of the employees. The melon one is amazing, it tastes like the real fruit. But at the Milan airport store they didn't treat me the same way. They didn't offer me the glass with flavors nor did they give me sauce, or asked me what type of coin chocolate I wanted. I also bought two flavors and it tasted the same to me. I think they only gave me one flavor and when I told them they didn't do anything. Il gelato é veramente discutibile. Pessimo il servizio in quanto le addette al banco parecchio sbadate e disattente. Un gelato di circa 50/60 grammi da 2 gusti che è stato composto a dir poco da cani,é stato pagato € 3,70 . Il gelato era di una qualità che non sfiorava neanche la mediocrità,ed onestamente vista tutta la sciccheria che sfoggia il marchio Venchi,mi sarei aspettato almeno qualcosa che si avvicinasse a quello di Grom. Ho presso pistacchio di Bronte che era abbastanza scarico e migliorabile il suo punto di salatura insieme a cuore di cioccolato il quale gusto era molto leggero e per nulla persistente. Si può accettare che il gelato sia caro per via della locations dove i costi saranno spropositati,però il personale va formato meglio perché chi paga salato si aspetta un'ottimo servizio oltre ad un prodotto di estrema bontà,e vi garantisco che tutto è largamente migliorabile.
