Mu Linate — Restaurant in Segrate

I feel sad for the owner of this restaurant because its chef are one of problems. My expectations from this restaurant went from 8 to 1 in a matter of 2-5min. I have precisely asked the waiter for a specific meal and as all restaurants do they will inform you they can not do it and that’s all. The waiter convinced me they can change my bread to satisfy my need but SURPRISINGLY I have been brought the exact same thing I didn’t want. How can you expect someone to eat something they don’t want? The best part is that the Chef who thinks making burger in the way that he wants is enough for his title, and also to be speaking in an angry manner towards customer, who’s by the way is the one paying your bill. I believe he just assumed I didnt know what I wanted and not referring to the waiter who was aware that all I asked was a baguette bread instead of burger buns. And the cherry on top was seeing the Chef aggressively smashing the ⛏️ on the bread he just offered me as replacement. I was in disbelief. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant unless you are ready for the disappointment and for the waste of your money. Please check somewhere else and avoid the fact that restaurant push you away from Milan LINATE. Plenty other restaurants to eat from. I hope the management seek to do something about it because your reputation is being put rat risk and here is another bad...

What a huge disappointment! We ordered through the QR code, but apparently the staff didn’t like that, as we were met with annoyed looks. After that, the waiter casually told us that if we order via the QR code (which we had already done), “it always goes wrong” and that he would make us wait 4 hours! Unbelievable attitude and absolutely no professionalism.

After we had placed our order, the food arrived within 2 minutes, but it was cold! We reported this to the staff, yet they didn’t even bother to apologize.

Luckily, I managed to warn a few people who were about to enter the restaurant not to come in.

Ho recentemente provato il MU Restaurant, noto per il suo speccaus burgher, nelle vicinanze dell’aeroporto di Milano Linate. Purtroppo, la mia esperienza non è stata all’altezza delle aspettative.

Ho ordinato lo speccaus burgher, sperando di assaporare un’esplosione di sapori deliziosi. Tuttavia, quando il piatto è arrivato, ho notato che la carne al centro dell’hamburger era appena scottata, nonostante avessi richiesto una cottura ben fatta. La qualità della carne sembrava buona, ma la cottura non era adeguata al mio gusto personale.

Inoltre, ho notato che il pane dell’hamburger era croccante, forse troppo per un panino di questo tipo. Era difficile da mordere e non si sposava bene con il resto degli ingredienti. Avrei preferito un pane più morbido e leggero, che si fondesse meglio con il gusto della carne e degli altri condimenti.

Il servizio al MU Restaurant era discreto, ma non particolarmente attento. Non sono stati fatti sforzi per correggere l’errore della cottura della carne quando ho fatto notare il problema. Avrei apprezzato una maggiore attenzione ai dettagli e un’offerta di soluzione per rendere la mia esperienza più soddisfacente.

Nonostante la buona qualità degli ingredienti, la carne poco cotta e il pane inadeguato hanno compromesso il piacere del mio pasto. Speravo di assaggiare un’eccezionale speccaus burgher, ma purtroppo non è stato così.

Se stai cercando un’esperienza di hamburger di alta qualità vicino all’aeroporto di Milano Linate, potresti voler considerare altre opzioni. Spero che il MU Restaurant possa migliorare la precisione della cottura e la scelta del pane per garantire un’esperienza più soddisfacente ai propri clienti.

Ultimo ma non ultimo prezzi abbastanza alti, anche se bisogna capire che ci troviamo all’ interno...
