La Conchiglia — Restaurant in Sirmione

Abbiamo scelto il ristorante in base alle recensioni,evidentemente era la serata sbagliata,ciò che segue è la descrizione oggettiva e veritiera della serata,le 5 stelle che danno onestamente credo siano persone che non hanno mai mangiato in un vero ristorante. Arriviamo puntuali in loco,nessun problema,la cameriera ci accoglie gentilmente e ci fa accomodare,abbiamo prenotato con groupon in cui c’era in offerta con bottiglia intera,anche se inizialmente il cameriere era titubante nel darci un intera bottiglia(sembrava che non fosse possibile che avessimo prenotato un offerta simile)dopo aver fatto vedere la prenotazione con bottiglia intera(perché secondo a loro dire non avevano una copia della prenotazione...bha) il cameriere di poche parole ci porta una bottiglia di bianco in ghiaccio,dopo che,senza avermela fatta vedere,aperta lo versa gli faccio notare che avevo ordinato un rosso ,mi guarda e cito la sua risposta “ ma questo è bianco” ed io” lo si vede che è bianco io avevo ordinato un rosso “ mi fissa per qualche secondo confuso e poi se ne va con bottiglia e porta ghiaccio...va bhe...torna con una bottiglia di rosso calda sempre senza farmela vedere ne versare l’assaggio,versa il due calici e se va...bho...lo richiamo e gli chiedo il secchiello del ghiaccio,durante l’attesa sento il tavolo dietro da 6 persone che ha problemi con gli ordini,da lì ho capito come sarebbe continuata la serata. I tempi corretti,non abbiamo atteso troppo tra un piatto e l’altro ma la cucina molto casalinga,gli impiattamenti,molto molto semplici,caserecci,quasi quasi faccio meglio io. La serata giunge al finale,siamo al dolce,ordino il mio dolce preferivo,la panna cotta,la mangio da 20anni e la adoro,però a quanto pare qua viene fatta più strong,più solida,con una crosta più dura sopra,non l’ho mangiata perché a mio parere vecchia di almeno 2/3 giorni,glie lo faccio notare al cameriere dicendogli di farlo sapere al cuoco,mi torna la cameriera che inizialmente mi ha accolto e mi fa “la panna cotta non è vecchia perché le ho fatte io stamattina”...fermi tutti...ok la cameriera e anche la pasticcera,ora capisco tutto 🤣 . Oggettivamente attribuisco le 5 stelle che danno a persone ignoranti in ristorazione,abituati a mangiare in trattorie scadenti,qua di Ristorante con ma R maiuscola c’è poco,sconsiglio il posto a persone abituate ad avere un servizio normale e che pagano per un servizio all’altezza,con groupon c’era un offerta per 2 con bottiglia di vino 50 € invece di 120 €,ecco 120€ non li vale,o bisogna sapersi accontentare molto per...

The worst dining experience of my life. My friend and I, both 18, were disgusted by the recurrent inappropriate attention we received from the staff. One waiter asked to take us out for ice cream after our meal, which we politely declined. He even begged for a hug and a kiss. His efforts were embarrassing, laughable, and unfortunately for us, extremely uncomfortable. After our meal, we requested the check, but a different waiter insisted that the meal was on him. However, as we were leaving, the staff suddenly demanded that we pay, and the waiter who had refused our payment moments before was nowhere to be found. We were ready and willing to pay from the start, but the whole situation was absolutely strange and pathetic. We entered the restaurant and we were immediately told to leave the door open. So we sat down and there was a draft of cold air. Why because the waiter was sweating!! We had to ask the waiter 4 times to light the candle on the table. The had WiFi but they did not want to give us the password!!! The plates came one at a time!!! So by the time I had my plate my daughter was done. Prices high for what is offered. Bathroom you had to go down 2 flight of stairs. Table cloth was dirty and the glasses had water spots. Only one waiter which he did a thousand things. The other man that was a waiter was dressed in street clothes. The cook you could hear him yelling. This place is a disaster for service!!!
