Ci siamo recati ieri sera, non ci ero mai stato, ne ho sempre sentito parlare però, avrei dovuto decidermi prima ad andarci visto l’esperienza estremamente positiva. Luogo molto elegante, menu vario e molto ricercato, ho persino scoperto che esistono vari tipi di ostriche, addirittura 6 per l’appunto proposte dal locale. Siamo partiti per celebrare l’evento familiare con delle ostriche e scampi, veramente ottimi e di una qualità eccelsa per la freschezza. Abbiamo poi dato seguito con le linguine all’astice, con una porzione di astice non indifferente, finalmente un locale dove non servono “pasta e un grammo di astice”, ma tutt’altro, porzione molto abbondante del crostaceo cotto divinamente. Maccheroni alla gallinella da provare, con un sapore inimitabile. Di secondo un fritto, dove anche qui spesso una lancia a favore dello chef, non si sente il peso della frittura, freschissima tra l’altro e leggerissima da digerire, molto apprezzata. Come dolce consiglio la sfera di cioccolato artistica e sempre di impatto, ottima. Carta dei vini, molto ben fornita e di ottima scelta. Servizio da 5 stelle, personale molto preparato, disponibile e sempre con il sorriso, un’altra qualità che si trova poco in giro oggi. Ci tornerò sicuramente, lo consiglio davvero se si vuole mangiare dell’ottimo pesce a livelli altissimi, prezzo nella media per un locale e un menù di grande rispetto come quello proposto.
We went last night, I had never been there, I had always heard about it however, I should have decided to go sooner given the extremely positive experience. Very elegant place, varied and highly refined menu, I even discovered that there are various types of oysters, as many as 6 in fact offered by the restaurant. We left to celebrate the family event with oysters and scampi, truly excellent and of an excellent quality for their freshness. We then followed up with lobster linguine, with a sizeable portion of lobster, finally a place where they don't serve "pasta and a gram of lobster", but quite the opposite, a very generous portion of the divinely cooked crustacean. Macaroni with gurnard to try, with an inimitable flavour. The second course is a fried dish, where here too there is often a nod in favor of the chef, you don't feel the weight of the frying, very fresh among other things and very light to digest, much appreciated. As a dessert, I recommend the artistic and always impactful chocolate sphere, excellent. Wine list, very well stocked and with excellent choice. 5 star service, very trained staff, helpful and always with a smile, another quality that is rarely found around today. Other table ordered it that same night and regarded the risotto as “crazy good” and “speechless”. We also had the raw seafood which came with some lovely touches like passion fruit and a cucumber dip, and their carbonara is totally faithful to the guanciale version subbing smoked tuna a caviar. We finished with a whole sea bass which was delicately grilled and then dessert was pineapple carpaccio (sliced pineapple soaked in dessert wine) was the perfect fresh lift our palates needed. Read moreGlobalement déçu par cet établissement qui pourtant nous a attiré par les précédents commentaires et son emplacement. Pour être objectif, l’accueil est assez froid, ça commence au téléphone pour réserver une table. Ensuite la salle de restaurant est vide, ce qui est rare pour un bon établissement. Nous avons l’habitude de fréquenter les bons endroits mais là c’était une erreur de parcours. Au passage, la non maîtrise de la langue italienne d’une serveuse qui tutoie le client, est inadapté … si l’accueil général est très perfectible auprès de jeunes serveuses , il faut a contrario souligner l’extrême amabilité du serveur qui mérite d’être reconnu. L’antipasto « crustacés sur purée » est trop salé et très ( = trop ) copieux. Les spaghettis assemblés dans une meule de parmesan auraient dû être le summum du repas : la serveuse semble débutante et pas être très experte, la présentation est moyenne et surtout le plat est encore beaucoup trop salé. Dommage car les pâtes étaient très bonnes et l’idée géniale. À travailler ! Mon épouse a été surprise par l’attitude antipathique d’une jeune serveuse qui impose un vin que nous avons choisi mais qui ne correspond pas à son goût. Si le vin ne peut pas être critiqué, il ne faut pas le faire goûter ! Il suffisait juste d’être plus compréhensif Le vin était bon pour moi mais la réaction anti commerciale est surprenante et très désagréable. Bref une mauvaise expérience d’un soir alors que le coin propose de beaux établissements que nous avons eu plaisir à découvrir et à recommander dans une gamme de prix correcte Bon courage à notre serveur sicilien sympathique et merci à lui pour sa collaboration et sa tentative de faire de ce dîner un bon moment!
