50 minutes to wait for food and instead to say sorry they blamed us because we moved from outside to inside, outside was too windy so we moved inside, I don't understand the connection 😂 They were already in late when we was seating outside 😅 "The pasta is homemade so it takes 13 minutes to cook"...37 minutes missing 😂 They treat customers like they create the problem instead to say sorry. They didn't make us feel comfortable. More than 220 euros and they neither offered coffee, is my birthday and wedding anniversary...thank you that you spoiled the dinner!

The comment to your answer: So the food was in delay because the cookers left the kitchen to close the umbrellas? 😂😂 Have many waiters that can take food to tables. You fed us with bread that we asked! And moreover, if customers complaints that they waited a lot, dont try to find excuses when finally you took food to them, trying to explain how long it takes to cook food, is not professional at all. Moreover, you said that it happens that you must close few umbrellas because of storm coming, how possible to not be ready to manage it and this situation has impact on service? I forgot to say that the pasta I ate had very little ragu. In any case, you are right, is ok to give this kind of service, we are only customers that pay...

What a beautiful spot! We arrived without a reservation and they quickly found us a good (not great) table — but we were happy to sit at all.

I had the tagliatelle with seafood (pretty good) and she had the gnocchi (great). She also had a salad (pretty good) and I also had the scallops (great!).

The servers were somewhat attentive — but still left us hanging a few times. To be expected in busy season @ Lake Garda.

Now. The view is incredible. Waterfront but on the Verona side — so sunset takes on a different glow as the mountains you’re looking at were in full glow.

Finally — this place was not in downtown Sirmione among the chaos of tourists shoulder to shoulder with the occasional truck or car squeezing by in narrow streets. This was civilized and delightfully apart from the rest. We even biked to / from dinner on our hotel’s loaner bikes.

All in all...

Fast food cantine. We wanted to go because of the good reviews! We arrived and decided to wait almost one hour to be seated and they offered us to wait on a chair .... in the middle of the parking😳.

Once seated we decided to go for the degustation menu superior, a seven course menu with all their nice seafoods!

What a disappointment, they served us the wrong menu the food was delivered in such a fast way that we couldn’t even breath between 2 dishes ... waiters were running like crazy and throwing plates and knives and forks in such a messy atmosphere. We heard them complaining to another table about the fact that they have too many people to serve and that because of that errors can happen !!!

Food was so so served without attention let’s say put in the plate and plate put on the table!
