T-Bone Soverato — Restaurant in Soverato

I must say right away that the kitchen is great! Steaks and tartars were on top. However, so is the wine. The quality and taste are excellent. But, unfortunately, the service left an unpleasant aftertaste. At first, the manager did not want to let us in, justifying that everything was busy. Although, there were a lot of empty tables inside the restaurant and no one occupied them. Then different people came up to us to take the order, since almost no one speaks English. The waitress girl just threw a bag of bread on the table without explaining what it was at all. I want to point out that not all waiters are rude and unprofessional. A couple of other guys came up to our table, who were kind and well-mannered. One of them was pouring wine and was friendly, professional. Thank you very much for trying to fix the situation! Perhaps this attitude is due to the fact that we are three young people and therefore absolutely without money, which is completely wrong, or this attitude towards all tourists. I don't know. The most unpleasant episode was when my husband asked for medium well roasting, but they brought him raw. It was difficult to explain that this was not a problem, but simply not what was needed. After a while, the cook came out, I suppose, and asked very irritably if everything was all right now, after roasting the meat. My husband replied that everything was great, thanks! Then the cook asked our friend what kind of roasting he prefers? And he said it was half-baked. The cook appreciated and invited him to the restaurant once again and expressed his respect. It was unpleasant that the cook did not accept the taste of his guests. If you don't want to spoil your mood and feel second-rate because of neglect and lack of friendliness, then it's better to book a table in advance elsewhere. Came here on a recommendation. Located on a narrow pedestrian road with parking very difficult at weekends.

The staff are nice and welcoming. The owners came to chat and it was nice to meet them. The chef came out to advise on the types of meat that would pair with our preference of rare, medium rare, well done etc. I liked this level of service and we opted for a large steak to share across the table.

It took a while for the food to come out and after we almost finished a different set of steak knives came to the table which was a bit odd and slow.

There are very limited sides to order from. We had fries and roasted vegetables which were very small portion and the second portion came after we had finished our meal.

Nice setting, nice staff, meat a little tough but may have been our choice of meat.

Would come again if in the area but wouldn’t travel 45 mins just...

Sono alla ricerca di buona cucina locale tradizionale che si fondi con l innovazione . Il locale si presenta elegante se pur rustico e semplice ma con quel tocco personalizzato che lo rende romantico intimo . Servizio eccellente dai titolari Vittorio e la dua splendida signora che fa da padrona disponibile cordiale capace di descrivere il menù in modo chiaro e preciso ed essere da guida qualora fosse necessario . Kevin che conoscevo per le sue doti di responsabile di sala padroneggia occupandosi dei clienti in modo ineccepibile dolcissimo gentile sorridente se pur discreto lasciando al cliente di gustare i piatti senza fretta ma pronto nel servire ogni richiesta. Lo chef è giovane ma di carriera veterana da trasformare ogni tipologia e taglio di carne in un qualcosa di sublime. Altissima qualità dalla cottura perfetta gustosa indipendentemente dal tipo di cottura richiesta. Antonio lo chef arriva a salutare in modo affettuoso pronto a parlare della "sua cucina e qualità della carne "che non ha eguale con tutta la sua umiltà. Dolci perfetti Saporiti. Tiramisù eccelso ..e la chicca di portare un arrivederci a fine pasto con dei dolcini offerti dalla casa che accompagnano l amaro. Però la più bella calda dolcissima presenza è il piccolo Simone da innamorarsene che col suo sorriso sovrasta ogni altra qualità di ogni dettaglio del T-bone..
