Caffè Cavour — Restaurant in Spello

Found the service here quite rude, nothing friendly at all. We left our dog blanket here. We went back twice to get it back. The second time we were told it was thrown out! They would have clearly known it was ours, yet they decided to throw it away. Such crass behaviour really

Sono rimasto piuttosto basito del comportamento del personale di questo bar: entriamo in quattro per chiedere un caffè. La ragazza a testa bassa, senza neanche guardarci in viso , stesso comportamento della titolare alla cassa, dopo aver finito di pulire delle tazze, ci prepara i caffè . Visto lo spazio risicato del bancone , consiglio ai miei amici di allontanare le tazzine dalla posizione messa dalla barista per aver modo di zuccherare il caffè, altrimenti lo avremmo dovuto fare a turno. Vedo che non hanno servito l' acqua , che di solito servono insieme al caffè. Chiedo se potevamo avere un " goccio d'acqua" ma la risposta è stata: vuole una bottiglia ? Al che ho lasciato correre ed abbiamo preso il caffè senza l' acqua. Solo in quell' occasione, " vuole una bottiglia" la ragazza ha alzato la testa per guardarci in viso. Siamo andati via e la ragazza quasi all' uscita dal bar ci ha salutati con un buongiorno dal tono EDUCATIVO ! Mai avuta un' esperienza così deludente ! Mah !
