Lovely ambience. Quite disappointed overall with the food. Menu is different from that posted on googlemaps.

The arancini had no taste whatsoever of truffle. My partner had cappelletti pasta which were completely dry with no sauce or enjoyment. Again no taste whatsoever of truffle.

The tagliolinj with asparagus and pecorino was actually delicious - probably the only yummy plate we had.

For mains we had a “pork belly” which had no belly - was basically dry cuts of pork with a random sauce. No cracking, no fat. Lamb “ribs” cutlets were decent.

The service was a bit a flat too. We went here due to excellent reviews, but the restaurant did not deliver unfortunately....

When I sat down (at an outdoor table under the trees) I was not expecting to be served the best plate of pasta I've ever tasted. It was the tortellini and every mouthful was an absolute delight. I'm so glad I managed to catch the chef's eye and let her know (via sign language) how I felt about the meal. I also really enjoyed the (suggested) wine - an Indigeno Trebbiano 2022. As a solo traveller there are some wait staff who make you feel welcome and valued and others who definitely don't, so it was equally satisfying to have such friendly service. “I bambini sono belli però una regolata!” Questo si sente dire dalla cucina prima ancora che ci sedessimo e avendo prenotato per 4 adulti e 3 bambini! ( si faceva più bella figura se aveste detto” Siamo pieni “) I bambini erano ancora tutti calmi sui passeggini !speravo di aver capito male ma la maleducazione del personale del ristorante si conferma quando chiedo cortesemente se è possibile cuocere la pastina per il bimbo di 8 mesi ( brodo più pastina portati da me) e dopo che mi viene risposto che il bollitore è occupato , noi tutti decidiamo, a malincuore per il bel locale , di dover andar via perché non potevo lasciare il bimbo senza mangiare , e dopo aver detto al cameriere che non saremmo potuti rimanere, dalla cucina la stessa signora esordisce con un “ beh arrivederci!”.. Non finisce qui..sottolineo al cameriere che ho sentito qualcosa di poco educato dalla cucina e cosa mi viene risposto?! “Parlate di educazione voi che vi alzate solo perché non possiamo cucinare al bambino?!?”(forse non ricordano che anche tutti loro sono stati bambini e che per crescere bisogna mangiare!) Ed alla mia ulteriore domanda “ironica” “siamo costretti perché se non potete cucinargli/scaldare il brodo cosa do ad un bimbo di 8 mesi , lo lascio senza mangiare?!!rimagono ancora convinti di essere nel giusto continuando con la loro maleducazione, parlando senza neanche guardare in faccia il cliente e passando oltre per andare da altri clienti già seduti concludendo con “buonasera !”. Che dire.. non tornerò neanche per sbaglio , non consiglierò ..anzi si consiglierò , ma consiglierò a chi mi ha mandato li di pensarci bene la prossima volta per evitare brutte figure che probabilmente mai si sarebbe...
