⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ From the moment we walked in, the experience was exceptional. The staff greeted us with genuine smiles and made us feel truly welcome. Service was attentive without ever feeling rushed — every detail was noticed, from refilling water glasses promptly to checking in at just the right moments.

The food was outstanding — each dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor, clearly made from fresh, high-quality ingredients. You can tell there’s real care in the kitchen. Portions were generous, and the balance of taste, texture, and aroma was spot on.

What made it even more special was the atmosphere — warm, inviting, and relaxed, yet with a touch of elegance that made the evening feel like a treat.

We were very excited about this experience as we had a lovely contact with the staff via email and phone. Sadly this experience wasn’t what we were looking for. The staff serving us wouldn’t ask the most simple questions about our order (ex. Red or white wine), instead we just got whatever the waitress felt was right (food wasn’t ordered at that time). The food was basically just put in front of us, no description, no eye contact, or intention of making this a special nor good experience. Ho pranzato in questo ristorante con due amici il 24 aprile. E' stata un'esperienza tutto sommato positiva, tuttavia ci sono alcune note dolenti, a causa delle quali non posso dare più di 3 stelle. Di seguito la nostra esperienza. Abbiamo prenotato il ristorante il giorno prima per le 13.30. Arrivati in loco con un po' di anticipo, ci hanno fatto subito accomodare e portato i menu (un pò turistico, forse, ma non privo di proposte interessanti). Abbiamo poi atteso più di 30 minuti prima che qualcuno passasse a prendere le ordinazioni, e questo solo dopo aver chiesto per tre volte a tre diversi camerieri di poter ordinare. Quando finalmente la cameriera è arrivata, abbiamo ordinato un antipasto misto di pesce (molto buono) e tre primi (ravioli ripieni di pesce di lago, risotto al persico e tagliolini al rosa di lago). Purtroppo, al momento della consegna dei tre primi, due piatti su tre sono finiti erroneamente al tavolo accanto. Per fortuna volevamo già dividere i piatti perché altrimenti un commensale avrebbe finito per mangiare da solo mentre gli altri due lo guardavano. Il risotto al persico era davvero strepitoso, i tagliolini gustosi mentre grande delusione per i ravioli, totalmente insipidi e slegati dai pomodori. Abbiamo concluso il pasto con una torta al limone davvero squisita e giustamente indicata come "specialità". Per un antipasto, tre primi, tre dolci, una bottiglia d'acqua, un calice di bianco e due caffè abbiamo speso 32 euro a testa: a nostro avviso un prezzo molto giusto, considerando la location e la qualità delle materie prime. Altra nota importante: i camerieri sono stati TUTTI davvero gentili e disponibili, nonostante dovessero correre da una parte all'altra del ristorante. La nostra cameriera si è anche accorta e scusata dell'errore di consegna dei piatti. I problemi che ci sono stati sono quindi dovuti, a mio avviso, a un numero troppo esiguo di personale rispetto ai tavoli da gestire e al flusso di persone, soprattutto in un periodo di alta stagione.
