Terrible service — completely unacceptable behavior from the staff.

We were the only Asian group in the restaurant, and we were treated noticeably worse than other customers. Every other table was served bread — we weren’t. When we asked politely, we were met with cold, dismissive attitudes.

Most disturbingly, one of the staff actually pushed my friend instead of simply saying “excuse me.” Not a word of apology, just a look of annoyance.

It was impossible not to feel like we were being treated differently because of our race. As Asian customers, we felt unwelcome, invisible, and disrespected from the moment we walked in.

This kind of behavior is absolutely unacceptable in 2025. Whether the staff realize it or not — this is racial discrimination.

I would strongly advise others, especially Asian travelers or people of color, to avoid this place. There are many restaurants in Italy with better food and, more importantly, basic human decency.

If you care about being treated with basic respect, I would not recommend this...

Das Essen war okay, aber alles andere eine absolute Katastrophe. Preis-Leistung miserabel: 5 € für nicht mal 0,3 l Getränke ist eine Frechheit. Zusätzlich mussten wir 3 € pro Person ‚Coperto‘ zahlen – praktisch erzwungenes Trinkgeld. Der Service war unterirdisch: Die blonde Bedienung mit Pferdeschwanz hat sich die Bestellung nicht aufgeschrieben, sondern nur gemerkt. Brachte dann das falsche Essen und tat so, als hätten wir es bestellt. Sie wurde daraufhin schnippig, laut und verdrehte die Augen, anschließend lästerte sie vor anderen Gästen über die Situation. An Unfreundlichkeit und Ignoranz nicht zu überbieten. So einen schlechten Service habe ich noch nie erlebt. Wenn es möglich wäre, würde ich Minuspunkte vergeben. Außerdem waren die Allergene auf der Karte nicht korrekt angegeben.

The food was okay, but everything else was a complete disaster. Terrible value for money: €5 for less than 0.3 l of drinks is outrageous. On top of that, we were charged €3 per person ‚coperto‘ – basically forced tipping. The service was appalling: The blonde waitress with a ponytail did not write down the order, only memorized it. She then brought the wrong dish and pretended we had ordered it. She became snippy, loud, and rolled her eyes, then gossiping about the situation in front of other guests. Unfriendliness and ignorance at their worst. I have never experienced such bad service. If possible, I would give negative stars. Additionally, allergens were not properly listed on the menu.

Il cibo era passabile, ma tutto il resto un disastro totale. Rapporto qualità-prezzo pessimo: 5 € per meno di 0,3 l di bevanda è una presa in giro. In più abbiamo dovuto pagare 3 € a persona di coperto – praticamente una mancia forzata. Il servizio è stato scandaloso: la cameriera bionda con la coda di cavallo non ha scritto l’ordine, ma l’ha memorizzato. Ha poi portato il piatto sbagliato e ha finto che lo avessimo ordinato noi. È diventata sgarbata, alta di voce e ha alzato gli occhi al cielo, poi ha sparlato della situazione davanti agli altri clienti. Scortesia e ignoranza al massimo livello. Non ho mai avuto un servizio così pessimo. Se fosse possibile, darei punteggio negativo. Inoltre, gli allergeni non erano indicati...

This place is just near the ferry and this is the first restaurant that you see when you disembark on Isole Superiore. It was therefore no wonder that we went there. We sat down and I grabbed two menu cards as there weren't any on our table. We tried to attract the attention of the waiter. He flatly refused to serve us. He knew that we were ready to order but some how did not not want to attend us. And by the way, I had also grabbed the pizza card.He did come once to say that the oven wasbroken and that no pizzas could be made. This after, when people at a table nearby were served pizza later. We left. And we do not regret...
