Crispy Lab — Restaurant in Syracuse

We’re two Americans from Chicago on a foodie-driven tour of Sicily, and of course, we couldn’t resist being a little stereotypical when we found a spot specializing in fried chicken. Crispy Lab did not disappoint!

We both ordered the chicken “burgers” with fries and a drink. The bread was perfectly fluffy, the chicken juicy and packed with flavor, and fried to an irresistible crisp. The fries were fresh, tasty, and a great complement to the sandwich.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, taking the time to explain the menu and serving everything with a genuine smile. We enjoyed our meal outdoors in the pleasant 70-degree weather, making the experience even better. Crispy Lab gets a lot of positive reviews, and after our visit, we can say they are well deserved. J'ai mangé pour la première fois autres choses que des pizza depuis que je suis arrivé ici pour mes vacances et quel bonheur de tomber sur "CRISPY LAB" qui propose du poulet frit...

J'ai directement pris une box et un burger pour gouter et c'était super bon !! On est revenu en famille dès le lendemain 👀

Wanted a break from pizza and pasta, walked past today and got a burger and was great! Friendly staff, good food, value...
