We were recommended by our host and were extremely pleased for the recommendation. We foolishly didn’t book on a Saturday night but the owner was very accommodating and managed to squeeze us in on an outside table. The pizzas were the best we have eaten in Sicily (and we have eaten quite a few over various vacations). We didn’t have the antipasti sharing platter to start with but the couple on the next table were going to order the large one for two and the waitress said that they were large and even went to get the boards to show their size - great customer service as most restaurants would just take your order and money without trying to sell you a cheaper dish. Amazing pizza but service is a bit weird. Waited almost an hour and a half for a pizza and had to keep asking where our food was, which seems abnormal for a pizzeria. Service was very indifferent, even when paying, I mentioned that it was great but took far too long, but it was as if they didn’t want to acknowledge it whatsoever. I never thought I would give a review like this and usually don't believe such things when I read it: but this was the best pizza I have ever had! (Had the diversamente norma and my partner the salame e ricotta)

It was extremely tasty, especially the yellow tomatoe paste on it, fluffy crust and very good other ingredients.

They also served different types of oil and recommend one for each type of pizza, which were very tasty as well!
